Resilience Lab 360 is a private initiative advancing emergency management, technology-driven resilience, and higher education to strengthen MENA critical infrastructure against all hazards. It promotes a disciplined understanding of emergency management as both science and practice, and examines how emerging technologies are reshaping emergency management and higher education. It provides forward-looking insights through analysis, briefs, reports, and practical guides, with future training offerings across these domains.

Dr. Osama F Al Kurdi is an emergency management practitioner and academic focused on technology-enabled resilience and higher education. His work connects incident leadership, operational preparedness, and evidence-based research to help organizations translate theory into decisions. Through Resilience Lab 360, he publishes analysis, briefs, reports, and practical guides on emergency management as both science and practice—and on how emerging technologies are reshaping emergency management and higher education across the GCC and Jordan.
